SP9012 SSPA:12 Overcurrent Power Circuit

The motor output current is abnormally high. A motor-specific parameter does not match the motor model. Or poor motor insulation. Check the motor insulation status. Check the spindle parameters. Replace the SPM unit.

Quick tip:

Meg motor/power cable. If > 200MΩ each leg to ground then replace amplifier. If <100MΩ each leg to ground isolate between power cable and motor and replace faulty unit.
