SP9031 SSPA:31 Motor Lock or Velocity Signal Loss
The motor cannot rotate at a specified speed (a level not exceeding the SST level for the rotation command has existed continuously – Motor Restraint Alarm). Abnormality in the speed detection signal. Check and correct the load status. Check signals from speed sensor. Replace sensor or feedback cable if no signals present.
If you stalled out the Cross Spindle you can get the same alarm. Sometimes like a broken saw stalls out the spindle. Check for free mechanical rotation of the motor. If you move the Y axis and it was a broken wire, going back to like T1 and trying to start the cross spindle motor and then after it is started, you jog the Y1 axis, towards T10, you may prove the wire is broken as the wire flexes and the gives you the alarm.
