SV0478 Illegal Axis Data (SV)

The servo detected that an error occurred during transfer of axis data in the n-axis. When an alarm occurred because the configuration of the servo amplifier was changed, set the axis number for the servo amplifier (set bit 4 of parameter No. 2212 of the corresponding axis to 1 and then 0 and turn off the power of the entire system). When using a multiaxis amplifier, this operation may not clear the alarm. In this case, repeat this operation for the axes on which the alarm persists. If an alarms occurs due to a cause other than the above, replace the servo amplifier.
