M50-(M&S) Main and Sub C axis positioning ON

On TCM and TS machines we found that the intent to speed up C axis engagement allows the following:
No M5 spindle stop required.
T707M50
G28H0M23S1000
G0X.55Z1.C0
This works, but I had trouble on early TCM with this after the M50. We need the following Paramaters:

Param 3729b3=0 for both S1 on Main and S2 on Sub side
Param 4016b7=1 for both S1 on Main side and S2 on Sub side(I am rethinking that this should be a 0
because I was getting C2 excess alarms on the sub side when this is a 1. Testing in progress 5/26/2017 PB)

The factory claims that the following is faster:
T707M50
M23S1000
G28H0
G0XxxxxZzzzzCccc

This turns on C axis on the older machines.
M5( Required but may not always work on line next to M50)
T1010M50
G28H0M24S5000
H120.

Note: G28H0 Homes C-axis and engages Brake. if set to use on the Custom 2 screen on TCM.
H120. releases Brake, indexes 120 degrees and re-engages Brake.

C axis moves must have Decimal point. C180.= 180 degrees C180=.180 degrees
If you want to use sub for support, you must engage M221 before M50.

Parameter 1829 is the error limit when C axis is stopped. If a 410 excess error alarm occurs,
increase 1829 C axis from initial 3000 to perhaps 5000. Also check 4016b7=0 as I am finding this work
